20% Gratuity added to all parties. Servers/assistants are employed on parties of 6 or more at an additional cost of $25 per hour per server. Servers are scheduled for 4 hrs per event. Any additional time server(s) spend at event will be billed to client at $25 per hr or $15 per 1/2 hr.

A 50% deposit is required to secure all events. Balance is paid at the conclusion of the event. Chef William accepts Zelle,Credit Cards, Venmo, Company Check, Paypal and Cash.
